GRIEF COACHING
"I’m hurting, I’m suffering from a loss, I don’t know how to move forward.”
This path is for those who are in pain, the heavy souls whose hearts hurt with every beat. You’re making it through your days but reminded with every breath what’s missing. You’ve suffered a loss of some kind – death, divorce, job loss, and you’re not sure where to turn next.
As an ICF Certified Coach, Death Doula, and Advanced Grief Recovery Method® Specialist, I blend the proven Grief Recovery process with my holistic coaching tools to bring about true healing … the prerequisite for liberation.
When you’re ready to feel better and move forward … book a Discovery Session.
Losses are like rocks that we carry around
in our emotional backpacks
Over time these rocks can feel like you’re traveling with boulders on your back — and your heart. We’re not taught how to take them out and lighten our load.
It’s no wonder we’re exhausted, feeling stuck in our pain, longing to somehow feel anything like we did in the ‘good ol’ days’ … before the loss.
We weren’t taught how to honour our grief, how to speak our emotions, or how to complete the full-circle transition from the pain of our past into living with loss, and peace.
Have you been affected by one or more of the following losses, either recently or long ago?
- Death
- Divorce
- Romantic break-up
- Pet loss
- Financial change
- Job loss
- Moving
- Retirement
- Pregnancy
- Getting Married
-
Psychological diagnosis
(ie. depression; anxiety) - Loss of trust, safety, or control
-
Loss of pregnancy
(ie. miscarriage; termination) - Infertility
- Loss of health, illness, or injury
- Loss of freedom
- Loss of childhood
There are brighter days ahead.

It’s not closure, it’s completion of pain so you can move forward with your life.
What's hurting m'love?
Grief itself brings up a myriad of conflicting and confusing emotions caused by the end of, or change in, a familiar pattern of behaviour. Meaning, we have the potential to grieve any major change, transition, or loss in our lives:
- I don’t know if I can go on living without this person
- I can’t seem to shake this low-level constant anxiety since COVID
- I seriously don’t know what to do with myself since my dog died
- I’m lucky if I get 2 hours of sleep a night after my miscarriage
- My divorce was finalized 6 months ago but wine is the only thing getting me through the realization that I’m single at 50
- I haven’t been able to focus on anything since I was fired, the anger is overwhelming sometimes
- I’m getting married to the love of my life, I should be happy...right?
Action is necessary to heal from grief.
Whatever loss you’ve encountered, understand that your feelings are normal and natural. All relationships are unique and individual; therefore, your grief is unique and individual too. Comparing your grief to that of others only minimizes your feelings and isolates you in your pain; trying to smash your grief into a tidy timeline won’t work. This doesn’t help anyone feel better.
To truly heal your heart, it’s essential that you take new action to complete past losses, adapt your limiting thoughts and beliefs, modify habits that don’t serve you, and dispel the misinformation about effective recovery.
The good news is ... I've got a plan.
At Inner Travel Coaching, I blend my certifications as an Advanced Grief Recovery® Specialist with my time-honoured coaching, death doula, and meditation experience to bring you a customized approach. Utilizing a heart-centered, action-oriented method, this proven path has demonstrated incredible success for others who’ve committed to doing the emotional work it requires.
I’ve repeatedly experienced the transformative power of this method in my own life and witnessed it in the lives of my clients
- Relationships healed
- Emotional shackles removed
- Deep pain released
- Smiles returned. Hearts happy. Steps taken forward
- Yep, #thisshitworks
Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional.
We get stuck in our pain because fear can be completely paralyzing. It holds us back and prevents us from taking the action necessary to heal our hearts.
It doesn’t have to be this way, you don’t have to suffer anymore. Allow yourself to be compassionately guided toward your best next steps and move through loss, to life.
Where might *you* be mere months from now, after traveling a proven step-by-step path that has helped millions of others around the world? Who might you become as you begin to trust in your own power and resilience? What other goodness might you attract to your life when you’re feeling oh-so-much better?
Only one way to find out.
The time is now.
your recovery begins here.
