that can create the feelings of grief.
According to The Grief Recovery Institute, grief is defined as the conflicting feelings caused by the end or change in a familiar pattern of behaviour. With that definition in mind, we have the potential to grieve any major change, transition, or loss in our lives.

Action is necessary

Whatever loss you have encountered, understand that your feelings are normal and natural. All relationships are unique and individual; therefore, your grief is unique and individual too. Comparing your grief to that of others only minimizes your feelings and isolates you in your pain.
To truly heal our hearts, it is essential that we take new action to complete past losses, adapt limiting thoughts and beliefs, modify habits that don’t serve us, and dispel the misinformation about effective recovery.
