Should I book a Strategy Session or a Connection Call?
If you’re ready to discuss your journey in detail and begin mapping a plan forward, the Strategy Session is your best choice. The Connection Call is ideal if you’re curious about coaching or simply want to explore whether we’re a good fit. It’s also great if you’d like a bit of clarity before committing to a full session.

I’m overwhelmed. What if I don’t even know what I need?
That’s EXACTLY why you should book a session. You don’t need to have it all figured out—that’s my job. We’ll untangle the mess together.

What if I book a Connection Call and decide I want a Strategy Session?
Awesome! You can upgrade to a Strategy Session at any time. Just let me know, and we’ll get you booked.




Can I just book a coaching package right away?
I love the enthusiasm! But like any good relationship, we need to make sure we’re the right fit first. That’s why my coaching packages are only available after your first session. So, let’s start with a Strategy Session and go from there!


How do I book a session?
Simply click the corresponding button above for the type of session you'd like (Connection Call or Strategy Session), then follow the instructions on that link.  
What happens after I've booked with you?
Once you've paid (if required) and picked your time in my calendar, you’ll receive an email confirmation of our appointment with the calendar and Zoom links. And if it's for the Strategy Session, you'll receive an additional intake form via email. 

Then we meet for your session—no pressure, no judgment, just real support and guidance.
