A few important notes, because every traveller reads the fine print before setting out.

BY VISITING INNER TRAVEL COACHING™ (THE “COMPANY”), YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) are between you (“Purchaser,” “you,” “your”) and Inner Travel Coaching™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and govern your purchase of digital products, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Products”) through our website at https://innertravelcoaching.com and any related domains (the “Website”), or otherwise.

By clicking “Add to Cart,” “Buy Now,” “Enroll,” or any similar button, or by submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing our Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Scope of Products

Our Products include, but are not limited to :

  • Resources related to grief, midlife transitions, menopause, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
  • Digital downloads, guidebooks, templates, and resources
  • Online courses, audio programs, and prerecorded content
  • Coaching services (individual and group)
  • Workshops, masterclasses, and live sessions
  • Custom GPTs, AI-powered tools, prompt libraries, and digital assistants
  • Memberships, community-based offerings, and related services

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge all applicable fees.

One-Time Purchases

Full payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is selected.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:
  • You agree to pay the full purchase price in installments
  • Payments will be automatically charged via your selected payment method (e.g., Stripe)
  • Access to the Product may be paused if a payment fails
  • Continued non-payment may result in revoked access to the Product
Your obligation to complete all payments remains regardless of your use of the Product.

5. Subscriptions

For subscription-based Products:
  • You authorize recurring billing until cancellation
  • You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for unused time

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales of digital products, including but not limited to downloads, templates, courses, and AI-powered tools, are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these Products.

For coaching services and other live or personalized services, all sales are final. However, the Company understands that individual circumstances may arise and may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis. Any such consideration does not create an obligation to provide a refund in any circumstance.

If a refund is granted, whether in full or in part, it will be issued at the Company’s sole discretion and processed using the original payment method.

For Products purchased through a payment plan, your obligation to complete all remaining payments continues regardless of your use of the Product or any request for a refund.

7. Delivery of Products

Delivery timelines vary by Product:
  • Digital downloads: available immediately or via email
  • Courses and programs: accessible through the Website or platform upon purchase
  • Coaching and live sessions: details provided via email
For presale or pre-order Products, delivery will occur as outlined at the time of purchase.

8. Access and Availability

  • Digital downloads are yours upon download
  • Courses and programs are accessible for the duration of the program or for as long as the Product remains available and supported by the Company
  • Time-bound programs (e.g., structured coaching containers) are accessible only during their active period
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Products at any time. If a Product is discontinued, we may offer a reasonable solution such as extended access, a credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Custom GPTs and AI-Powered Products

If you purchase or use any AI-powered Product, including custom GPTs, digital assistants, or prompt-based tools (“AI Products”), the following applies:

Use and Access

The Company is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content. 
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:
  • Copy, recreate, reverse engineer, or extract underlying prompts, systems, or workflows
  • Share, sublicense, or resell access
  • Use outputs to train or develop competing tools

Platform Dependency

AI Products may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI). We are not responsible for platform changes, outages, or limitations.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any outputs.

Sensitive Use

AI Products are not intended for crisis support, medical concerns, or urgent emotional situations. Please seek qualified professional support when needed.

Public-Facing Tools

Any publicly available AI tools are provided as general guidance only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of recommendations.

10. Intellectual Property and License

All Products remain the intellectual property of Inner Travel Coaching™ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal use only, unless otherwise expressly stated.

You may:
  • Use the materials for your own personal growth, learning, or internal business use
  • Print or download materials for your own use
You may not:
  • Share, distribute, reproduce, or make the Product available to any third party
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Product in its original or modified form
  • Copy or adapt the Product to create competing products or services
  • Provide access to paid Products to others without permission
Additional licenses must be purchased for team or multi-user use.

11. Community Access

If your purchase includes access to a community:
  • You agree to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct
  • You may not share or distribute content from the community outside of it
  • We reserve the right to remove access for inappropriate behaviour without refund

12. Disclaimer

The Company’s services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, or medical care. While we may explore emotional wellbeing, grief, menopause, and life transitions, no therapeutic or clinical relationship is formed.
All Products are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not replace medical care, therapy, legal advice, or other professional services.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

13. Coaching Relationship Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process intended to support personal growth, insight, and self-awareness.
Results are not guaranteed, and the Company does not promise specific outcomes.
By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, both during and after coaching.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Products.
Your sole remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

15. Chargebacks

By initiating a chargeback, you remain responsible for the full purchase amount and any associated fees.
We reserve the right to present these Terms and purchase records to your financial institution.

16. Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Products constitutes acceptance of any changes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
