It's great for anyone navigating midlife as it's full of reminders of those fundamental basics and helps you determine where you could use support.

2. ROOT 
If you're curious about all things menopause, head into the Menopause 101 course. You’ll get clear on what’s going on in your body, how to talk to your GP, and how everything from stress to sleep is connected.

3. RECLAIM
This is your choose-your-own-adventure phase. Explore what speaks to you across our three support pillars:

Guest Expert Sessions


Every now and then, we bring in guest experts, brilliant minds like doctors, psychologists, coaches, and practitioners, to deepen your support across our core pillars.
When these happen, you’ll get a heads up via email well in advance so you can join us live or send in your questions ahead of time if you’d rather watch the replay in your pyjamas.

All past sessions have been neatly filed into their corresponding pillar (Physical, Mental/Emotional, or Spiritual/Lifestyle), ready for you to dip into whenever curiosity strikes.
