Midlife Is Not A Crisis.
It’s what happens when the life that worked before stops fitting now.
Your patience? Paper thin.
Your energy? Missing in action.
Your brain? Can’t finish a sentence without trailing off mid... wait, what were we saying?
And underneath all of it, there’s this quiet fear: “What is happening to me?”

What you’re feeling is real.
You’re managing a changing body, a noisy mind, everyone else’s needs, and a version of life that may not fit anymore.
No wonder you’re tired.
And no, you do not have to white-knuckle your way through this alone.

This course is your full-body exhale.
No hustle. No spreadsheets. No shame.

Just grounded, holistic, evidence-informed support to help you understand what’s changing, steady your nervous system, and build a version of midlife care that actually fits your real life.

You do not need to hit rock bottom to begin.

You’ll Learn How To:

→ Understand what your body is asking for instead of second-guessing every symptom
→ Build a realistic rhythm for sleep, food, movement, and rest that works in your actual life
→ Handle emotional swings without stuffing them down or taking them out on everyone around you
→ Set cleaner boundaries with less guilt and less over-explaining
→ Trust yourself again when your body and mind feel unfamiliar

This isn’t another thing to keep up with.
It’s support that helps you make sense of what’s happening and start feeling steadier in your body, mind, and day-to-day life.

Start where you are, even if that's horizontal.

Module 1: Intro
Start where you are

Learn about the simple, holistic framework that helps you see how everything connects.
You’ll look at the key areas of your well-being and set small, supportive goals so you can move forward with more clarity and less overwhelm.

Module 2
Supporting your body

Sleep, nourishment, movement, gut health, energy.
Not through restriction, but through understanding what your body needs now and responding in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Module 3
Your mind & emotions

Mood swings, brain fog, irritability, random tears… sound familiar?
This is where we make sense of the emotional waves and mental noise so you can respond to them with more awareness, not just react or shut down.

Module 4
Your relationships & inner life

Who you are is shifting. What you need is shifting. And sometimes the people and roles around you haven’t caught up.
This module helps you reconnect with yourself, navigate changing relationships, and create space for what actually matters now.

Module 5
Bringing It All Together

This is where it starts to click.
You’ll begin to connect the dots between what you’re feeling, what your body needs, and how you want to move through your days going forward.
Not perfectly. But in a way that feels more intentional, more supportive, and more like you.

FAQ's
You've got questions? We've got answers.

Q: What makes this course different?
This course meets you where you are - foggy, fed up, and maybe crying in the car. No trackers. No diets. No pressure. Just honest, doable, sustainable support for your whole self.

Q: What if I don’t finish it?
Cool. You still win. This is a course you come back to as your needs shift. It's not one you “complete for credit.” Take what you need now, return when you’re ready. No guilt. No timelines.
Q: Is it menopause-specific?
A: Not entirely. It’s for midlife in general — the body changes, the identity stuff, the overwhelm.
Q: What if I want more support?
A: This course is designed to be a powerful starting point on its own.
If you later want deeper support and expert guidance, there are options for that — but you do not need anything beyond this course to begin making meaningful changes.

Q: Can I do the course in my pj's?
A: Highly encouraged. Pyjamas, rage-snacks, or bedhead — all welcome.
Q: How long will it take me to complete the course?
A: That’s totally up to you. Some people binge a few modules on a quiet weekend, others dip in and out as life allows. Take your time, come back as often as you like. Midlife is not a sprint, and neither is this.
Q: Is there any support if I have questions while I’m going through it?
A: While this is a self-paced course, you’ll get supportive emails from me (Tammy!) as you go. If you’re ever craving deeper conversation or coaching, sign up for a 1:1 coaching session with Tammy.
Q: Is this course inclusive of all identities and backgrounds?
A: This course is rooted in care, respect, and a deep understanding that midlife looks different for everyone. While it’s designed to support women navigating physical, emotional, and spiritual changes, it is a generalized offering and may not speak to every lived experience or need.

What I can promise: the space is thoughtful, non-judgmental, and always evolving. If something feels off or if you’d like to see more representation or context added, I’d appreciate hearing from you.
Q: What Happens Next?
Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to the full course.
Start wherever your body is shouting the loudest.
Take your time. Skip around. Come back whenever you need.

And when you’re ready to go deeper?
Fontanne will be there, with expert insights, community, and the full picture of midlife support.

Midlife Can Feel Like A Breakdown.
But more often? It’s a breakthrough.

Let this course be the kind, clear starting point, the one that reminds you:
You’re not late. You’re not alone.
And you don’t need to do it all at once.

You just need to begin.

And if you're reading this... well, you already have.

Bring tea. Or wine. Definitely snacks.
