Midlife Is Not A Crisis.
It's a recalibration of body, mind, and soul.
Your patience? Paper thin.
Your energy? Missing in action.
Your brain? Can’t finish a sentence without trailing off mid... wait, what were we saying?

What you’re feeling is real. You’re holding a lot.
And you’re so tired of trying to piece it all together.
But you don’t have to power through it alone anymore.

This course is your full-body exhale.
No hustle. No spreadsheets. No shame.

Just science-backed, soul-soothing support to help you reconnect to the real you — even if “you” now needs readers and afternoon naps.

                         Start Gently, Start Now

Module 1: Intro
Start where you are

A gentle, no pressure invitation back to yourself. We'll set the tone, take a breath, and check in on the five pillars of your health. This is your permission slip to go slow, go deep, or just... begin.

Module 2
Physical Well-Being

Engergy, sleep, nourishment, gut health, movement - minus the diet culture noise. This isn't about "getting fit". It's about coming home to your body. Ever feel bone-deep tired even after 8 hours? Let's talk about why.
Module 3
Mental & Emotional Resilience

Mood swings, brain fog, simmering rage, random tears... sound familiar?
You're not losing it, you're just carrying a lot. We'll explore emotional intelligence, mindset tools, and how to stop spiralling when life hits hard.
Module 4
Spiritual & Social Health

This is where it gets juicy. What's your inner anchor when everything feels chaotic? Who sees you, really? We'll unpack connection (with self and others), boundaries, purpose, and the power of gratitude, journaling, and letting sh*t go.
Module 5
Bringing It All Together

This is your integration module. Learn how to build a day that supports you gently, practically, and sustainably (so you can end up vibing like these sassy ladies in your 90s 😉). We'll also look at what it really means to detox (no charcoal shots required) digitally, emotionally, and physically and how to make space for what truly matters now.

Go Your Own Way
No pressure. No tracking. No “finishing.”
Just support — when you want it, how you need it.
What's Included:

🎧 Five audio-based modules — like a pep talk and a permission slip rolled into one.
Each is around 15 minutes ... short enough for a walk, long enough to shift something.

📓 The workbook — with space to journal, reflect, and rage-write if needed. Includes optional “nerd out” sections if you want the why behind the what.

❤️ Start where you want — there’s no required order. If your emotions are louder than your sleep issues? Go there first. This isn’t linear. It’s personal.

Built for real life — do it in your pj's, with a cup of tea, a glass of wine, or mid rage-clean. Pause when you need. Come back when you can. No pressure. Ever.

📬 A few kind emails from me (Tammy) to nudge, check in, and remind you you’re not doing this alone. No spam. No “just circle back” energy. Just real talk with someone who gets it.

 No 5am routines required. Promise.

FAQ's
You've got questions? We've got answers.

Q: What makes this course different?
This course meets you where you are - foggy, fed up, and maybe crying in the car. No trackers. No diets. No pressure. Just honest, doable, sustainable support for your whole self. Then when you're ready to learn more and dive deeper, Fontanne has got your back.

Q: What if I don’t finish it?
Cool. You still win. This is a course you come back to as your needs shift. It's not one you “complete for credit.” Take what you need now, return when you’re ready. No guilt. No timelines.
Q: Is it menopause-specific?
A: Not entirely. It’s for midlife in general — the body changes, the identity stuff, the overwhelm. If you are wanting a deeper dive into menopause, there’s more inside Fontanne (thanks to our medical advisor Dr. Sheila and our range of guest expert videos).
Q: What if I want more support?
A: The Fontanne membership is the full experience — a robust resource library with guest experts, guidebooks, and live coaching sessions. But this course is the best place to start if you want something simple, flexible, and immediately helpful. You can always join Fontanne later — the door’s open.

Q: Can I do the course in my pj's?
A: Highly encouraged. Pyjamas, rage-snacks, or bedhead — all welcome.
Q: How long will it take me to complete the course?
A: That’s totally up to you. Some people binge a few modules on a quiet weekend, others dip in and out as life allows. You’ve got lifetime access — take your time, come back as often as you like. Midlife is not a sprint, and neither is this.
Q: Is there any support if I have questions while I’m going through it?
A: While this is a self-paced course, you’ll get supportive emails from me (Tammy!) as you go. If you’re ever craving deeper conversation or coaching, Fontanne is always there for you when you’re ready for more.
Q: Is this course inclusive of all identities and backgrounds?
A: This course is rooted in care, respect, and a deep understanding that midlife looks different for everyone. While it’s designed to support women navigating physical, emotional, and spiritual changes, it is a generalized offering and may not speak to every lived experience or need.

What I can promise: the space is thoughtful, non-judgmental, and always evolving. If something feels off or if you’d like to see more representation or context added, I’d appreciate hearing from you.
Q: What Happens Next?
Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to the full course.
Start wherever your body is shouting the loudest.
Take your time. Skip around. Come back whenever you need.

And when you’re ready to go deeper?
Fontanne will be there, with expert insights, community, and the full picture of midlife support.

Midlife Can Feel Like A Breakdown.
But more often? It’s a breakthrough.

Let this course be the kind, clear starting point, the one that reminds you:
You’re not late. You’re not alone.
And you don’t need to do it all at once.

You just need to begin.

And if you're reading this... well, you already have.

Bring tea. Or wine. Definitely snacks.
