But someone who can sit with you in it… and help you make sense of what's actually happening in your life.
This is the workI do.
For over 15 years, I've been helping women navigate the parts of life that don't come with clear instructions.
The body changes that feel unfamiliar.
The identity shifts that are hard to name.
The losses that don't always get acknowledged.
My work sits at the intersection of:
• Midlife and menopause • Grief and loss • Identity, meaning, and what comes next
It's not about fixing you. It's about helping you understand yourself in a deeper, steadier way — so you can move through this chapter with more clarity, self-trust, and support.
What it feels like to work together.
Clients often say they feel:
🔍
More clear
About what's actually going on — not just the symptoms, but the deeper shifts underneath.
🤝
Less alone
In the experience. Finally having someone who truly gets it makes all the difference.
💪
More able
To handle what's in front of them — with steadiness instead of overwhelm.
✨
More like themselves
Again. Reconnected to who they are beneath the fog, the grief, and the uncertainty.
There's spacefor all of it here.
For the messy parts. For the uncertainty. For the moments that don't make sense yet.
And also…
For relief. For laughter. For things starting to feel lighter again.
You're not the only one who has felt this way.
Real words from women who stopped carrying it all alone and started finding steadiness, clarity, and relief.

I was going through the hardest time of my life — I was lost, depressed, financially struggling, and my marriage was falling apart.
Tammy listened with her whole heart and asked me questions no one had ever asked before. That's what helped me start seeing things differently.
I went from feeling completely stuck… to actually living my 'perfect day.'

Until you articulated it so well, I didn't realize what I was going through was grief — for my past body and not being able to (or even wanting to!) do the same things I once did.
I may take your words to my current therapist and tell her this is it... this is why I feel stuck.

Tammy's approach is amazing — so personal and truly a gift to anyone who can spend time with her. She uplifts you with her energy, helps you get real and feel seen, and offers clarity on the path forward.
Take the next step beyond therapy — if you want the ideal guide and champion who can give you a new outlook with practical tools, this is your gal.

How I work.
This isn't about following a formula or checking boxes. It's personalized, human, and grounded in over 15 years of experience.
01
We talk
A discovery call to understand where you are, what you're carrying, and what kind of support would actually help.
02
We make sense of it
Together, we untangle what's happening — the body shifts, the identity questions, the grief — so it stops feeling like chaos.
03
You move forward
With more clarity, self-trust, and a steadier sense of who you are in this chapter — not who you used to be.
Common questions.
Who is this for?
This work is for women navigating midlife, menopause, grief, identity shifts, or that hard-to-name feeling that something has changed and the old ways of coping aren't working anymore. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis — just a sense that you could use real support.
What happens on a discovery call?
It's a simple, no-pressure conversation. We'll talk about where you are, what you're experiencing, and whether working together feels like the right fit. There's no obligation — it's just a place to begin.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching — which means we focus on where you are now and where you want to go. Many clients work with me alongside a therapist, and some come to me after therapy. Both paths work beautifully.
How long do people typically work with you?
It varies. Some women find clarity in just a few sessions. Others choose ongoing support as they navigate a longer transition. We'll figure out what makes sense for you — there's no one-size-fits-all here.
I'm not sure I'm ready. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Most women who reach out feel exactly that way. You don't need to be ready — you just need to be willing to start a conversation. That's enough.
If this feels like the kind of supportyou're looking for…
You can start with a simple conversation. No intake forms. No commitment. Just a quick, supportive call to help you figure out your next step.
