Once you've booked your session, you will receive a confirmation email and appointment reminders.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries, provided it's outside the 24hr cancellation period. You can reschedule yourself via your password-protected portal. If you miss your session without sufficient notice, your session will be charged in full and the time will not be made up.
