NAVIGATING GRIEF?
There's brighter days ahead.

One-to-one grief and group coaching using the Grief Recovery Method, with me as your guide.

Woman reflecting on her grief journey
Losses are like rocks we carry in an emotional backpack.

If you’ve found this page, there’s a good chance yours is heavy right now: emotionally hefty, and frankly exhausting.

What if it could get lighter?

Maybe you can’t name what’s weighing on you. Maybe you’re stuck replaying the good old days. Most of us are pros at packing grief away and strangers to unpacking it.

That’s what we’ll change, together.

There Are More Than 40 Kinds of Loss
WHICH ROCKS ARE IN YOUR BACKPACK?
The ones people notice
A death, a divorce, a breakup, an estrangement.
The ones nobody sends a card for
A parent who isn’t who they used to be, a body or brain that changed the rules, the empty nest, the version of you that you miss.
Life’s curveballs
A job loss, a move, a financial shift, a friendship that faded.
The silent ones
A miscarriage, a diagnosis, a childhood you didn’t get, the future you were counting on.
If it weighs on you, it counts.
Your grief is as unique as your life.
It’s not about comparing, or rushing. It’s about understanding it and, in time, completing it.
How I Work

I’m Tammy Faulds, and I bring a few different toolkits to our work together:

  • ICF-certified coach with 15+ years of experience
  • Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist
  • Grief Educator and death doula
  • A background in yoga and meditation

The Grief Recovery Method is an evidence-based, step-by-step process, founded in 1978, that has helped more than 1.5 million people worldwide. It’s action-oriented. You don’t just talk about your losses. You work through them, with guidance.

Your head can’t heal your heart.

Hearts heal by feeling.

We’re not chasing closure. We’re completing the pain of what was left unsaid, so you can move forward.

I’ve used this method on my own losses, more than once, in my own life, and I’ve seen what it does for clients.
