You're fluent in pretending. Foreign in grief.
Midlife has a way of stacking things up. No wonder you're exhausted.
You're not losing your mind, you were just never given the language.
Hormones can explain the hot flashes. They can't explain the lump in your throat.
Seven videos, at your own pace.
I put together a short video series that walks you through what's actually going on, using the Grief Recovery Method: an evidence-based approach that's helped over a million people worldwide complete grief they've carried for years.
- 01 Welcome, and why you can trust this
- 02 What grief actually is
- 03 Why grief affects everything
- 04 Why midlife makes it louder
- 05 The six myths, midlife edition
- 06 What you can actually do
- 07 Real stories, and your next step
By the third video, most women tell me the same thing: it finally makes sense. Not because the grief is gone, that's not what this does, but because the fog has a shape now. You'll have language for what's been sitting in your chest, and permission to stop calling it "just menopause." That's the whole shift.
"It was like a cloud hanging over me. The structure gave me a way to process my emotions instead of drowning in them."
— Rachel"We are not taught how to grieve. We are barely allowed to. I finally had a chance to truly mourn."
— MarinellaA few honest questions.
It might be, at least partly, and that deserves real medical support. But menopause lands at the same time as some of the biggest losses of your life, and amplifies all of them. Most women I work with aren't undertreated medically. They're undertreated emotionally.
Grief isn't reserved for death. Divorce, estrangement, the loss of your health or identity, a parent who's still alive but no longer who they were. These accumulate. You don't need a funeral to qualify.
Nothing but your time. Seven short videos, watch at your own pace, no pressure and no pitch ambushing you at the end of each one.
No. This is grief recovery coaching. It works alongside your doctor or therapist. It doesn't replace them, it fills the gap they aren't built to fill.
